Angel Karaliechev is the most popular Bulgarian writer for children. He was born on 21.08.1902 in Strazhitsa.
In 1925 he published his first children's book "Kings Marco" in which he retold the legends of the greatest Bulgarian hero.
He writes stories, travel writings, fairy tales, as well as authorized stories and legends from Bulgarian and foreign folklore.
He is the author of the collections of stories "Rush," "Acorns," "Imaming," "Silver Handle," as well as dozens of books about children and adolescents: "Annette," "Too African," "White Bread" and others.
His works are the best models of copyrighted motives and motives of folk art.
