Method of preparation:
- Hot: add 1 tsp coffee (2 g) to 150 ml warm but not boiling water.
- Cold: mix 2 tsp coffee (4 g), sugar and 30 ml cold water. Beat until foam is obtained (with a mixer or shaker), add ice and 100 ml of water or milk.
